Guests feel they can almost touch woodpeckers and other busy birds as they flit through the weathered trees that encircle the house, while also enjoying frequent sightings of water birds beyond the shore line. And at day's end this window to water, sky, and forest frames a panoramic, multi-hued sunset to delight all those who visit here.

Grandview's Great Room features a fireplace framed by french doors leading to a screened deck with a long picnic table ideal for crab feasts and open air eating. Across the way, a unique glass-enclosed alcove, accommodates a graceful dining table seating up to 12 people. Steps away, a fully-appointed kitchen offers
